MeerTech today announced the opening of its new regional headquarters in Dubai Silicon Oasis, marking a significant expansion into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The new Dubai Innovation Hub will serve as the company's base for operations across the MENA region, focusing on fintech, government AI solutions, and enterprise automation.

Strategic Location

Dubai was selected for its strategic position as a global business hub, its advanced digital infrastructure, and the UAE's progressive approach to AI adoption. The country's National AI Strategy 2031 aligns closely with MeerTech's mission to bring transformative AI capabilities to enterprises.

"Dubai represents the perfect launchpad for our MENA expansion," said CEO James Mitchell. "The region's appetite for AI innovation, combined with its business-friendly environment, makes it an ideal location for our next chapter of growth."

Investment and Jobs

MeerTech is investing $50 million in the Dubai hub over the next three years, creating 200 new jobs in engineering, sales, and customer success roles. The company plans to hire locally and relocate key talent to build a world-class team.

Initial Partnerships

The company has already secured partnerships with several regional financial institutions and government entities. While specific names remain confidential, MeerTech confirmed that deployments are already underway.

Regional Focus Areas

The Dubai hub will focus on three key areas:

  • Financial services AI for Islamic banking and conventional finance
  • Smart government solutions for citizen services
  • Enterprise automation for oil & gas and logistics sectors

The Dubai Innovation Hub is now operational, with the official opening ceremony scheduled for December 2025.
